New Architecture Studio Designed by Dom Arquitectura
Which is based in Barcelona, Spain, the new architecture studio design is finished designed by Pablo Serrano Elorduy for Dom Arquitectura. This studio is covers an area just for 50 meters square.
This studio before it is constructed was used as a store which is completely isolated from the outside. The first action which the architect do is open the interior space, both the street and the garden in the outside. So the architect is designed a completely an open iron carpentry without studs, a continuous glass, it is providing a natural light throughout the space. All of the iron is in dark graphite gray painted; it is the same of the interior furnishings. Across the glass surface is placed a dark gray screen inside. It is to control the space privacy.
As an Architecture studio, the architect have some details about the profession, the graphite color of the pencils, the prevailing white color like papers and the parallel wall. Inside the studio, the inner wall of the room is very irregular. The goal is unifying all these folds, so the architect propose some horizontal lines which is run through the wall, and it is painted with the same gray which continuous the pavement. It is allowed the architect to provide the wall of a plot in a gradient and starting with getting rid continuously and gradually breaking up until the roof. The lamp which is runs around the room is designed by the architect from some section of iron which is flowing freely through the space with the convergent and the divergent lines. It is covered with several sheets of the folded parchment paper, so it is the same as the studio plans. As a result, an enlightened paper is path through the roof.
A distribution edge is proposed by the architect where the six tables are placed on the exterior side. At the same place, a dark shelf is placed which is runs through the space. So the architect able to put all the books and the magazines worker’s hand and hide the strip turn which providing the facilities for all the jobs. As an inverted room, the walls inside the bathroom are painted in dark color. The plan is annotations the dimensions which are remain the drawn on the wall. The architect wanted to give this space a color point, and they love the Campari lamp by Ingo Maurer, finally he decided to reinterpret it with a green Carlsberg Bottles.
