As Singapore’s land is at a premium, every building development should follow the strict local authorities’ zoning act. Architects of Formwerkz have recently completed a home architecture project for a multi-generation family consisting of 11 persons. The house design should be built on a fairly small built-up area of 4,600 square. Also the client, demanded certain fengshui requirements to be applied.

The first requirement ruled out the possibility of a basement and the need for the swimming pool to be raised above grade.
